Fitness Minutes: 69,005

My Goals:
1. Tone my arms - bring on those sleeveless dresses

2. Maintain plank position for 2 minutes.

3. Walk, run or bike 500 miles in 2017.

My Program:
 1. Mixing up my fitness activities with yoga, Pilates, walking, cycling and the gym.

2. 20 squats per day!

3. Trying to increase my activity level, minimum 30 minutes per day.

4. Interacting with other Spark People for motivation.


Personal Information:
I live on the beautiful Massachusetts' coast.

    It is just now beginning to look a bit like Spring here in Kansas. We had a very mild winter, hardly any snow, and the days are beginning to be warmer now, like 60's and lower 70's.
    So this is the reason Spring is showing a bit early this year.
    We really needed more snow but I do love Spring!!! lol
