Introduction Text It is December of 2019 --- time to update my page! Hi, I'm Nessa and I've been Sparking since 2008...well 2006 if you count the first time and it's deleted account. Between 2008 and 2014, through multiple challenges and community support I lost 100 lbs and got back to being healthy. But life doesn't always take us where we want. I came back in 2017 after taking a break to start my family. Baby + quitting smoking + stressful work environment = all the weight back with a few friends. My motivators have changed and that's ok. I'm ready to take the return trip to health.

It will take about 6 losses in 10% increments to get back to where I felt my best and I'm going to take them one at a time.

Focus on eating less store bought processed foods. Things that I grow in my garden and preserve in my kitchen do not count against this since I control everything that goes into them. I will work out as much as scheduling allows, but aim to be more active over all.

I am a lady who loves nothing more than her daughter, her cat, and the great outdoors. Puzzles and puzzle games come in close behind them.
