I have maintained my weight loss since 2008. It hasn't been a diet, but a healthy lifestyle change. During these past years with SparkPeople, I've made and met many goals, with the biggest goal trail running again!!

I walk/trail hike 3 miles 5 days a week with 1/2 mile trail run, strength train 3 days a week for 30 minutes and practice Yoga 3 days a week for 30-45 minutes.
