    Hi RONIBONNIE! Here it is another week has gone by and I haven't gone to check out Paul Eugene on youtube, but I DID go back to your comment and write his name down as a reminder for myself. I really do want to get some more weight off before my next hip replacement in Apr, so I need to get a move on. Hope you are doing good as well.     I just wanted to post a quick Welcome to the Chair Exercise TEAM. We're so glad to have you join us. Please jump in and have a good time getting healthy. This is an excited group of folks and really active team so you should be able to find all sorts of inspiration and motivation. Just jump right in. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask. There's always someone willing to help in any way possible. Don't forget to use the food/water tracker that spark people provides as well as the fitness tracker. These are excellent resources that will help keep you on the path you've chosen. Come on... let's get healthy TOGETHER!!! Together WE can do anything!     Take it easy - a tendon weill heal if allowed to - it will taker time to heal fully !!
    In the meantimer - chair exercise will keep you fit - there is even a Chair Salsa DVD - if yuou feel energetic enough - search Amazon!! Justy be careful of that foot though!!
    There are heaps of other ideas in the Sparkmail I senty this morning though!!
