    It’s hot outside, but Fall is coming! Are you ready to join a Challenge and work on your healthy lifestyle goals? The Biggest Loser Challenge is looking for members for it’s next Challenge starting the first week of September. The challenge consists of 11 Teams that participate in 10 weeks of Nutritional and Fitness Challenges. These challenges can be modified to fit individual needs allowing members of all abilities and dietary needs to participate.

    OK, I'm impressed. I mean - you stopped smoking (phenomenal!) and are changing your food and exercise practices (also amazing) while tending two small humans and a spouse? Any ONE of those things would wear out an ordinary person. I read your blogs & I hope you keep writing them - they're very direct and honest and true to real life. Just wanted to say glad you're here and I hope for you every success!
