hey, no problem! I was actually on the diet for 2 days ( i know such a long time right?) and everything in my body was telling me that its not healthy, losing weight isn't about killing ourselves by exercising for hours a day and eating miniscule portions, for 3 months and then back to the old ways because the weight will come back on....no matter what kind of miracle they are promising. Only real lifestyle change that does include exercise and portion control is the road to lasting success and a healthy life. No quick fix works. Period. Not for lasting results anyway.
