Nothing tastes as good as feeling thin feels
I joined Spark People Feb. 4, 2009! but didn't officially start until 2/1/2010! I am down 30 lbs. since Feb. 2009. My weight goal was reached on May 24, 2010. Sometimes I gain 2 or more pounds! My weight is still at goal on May 24, 2019 (9 yrs. in maintenance). Calories in versus calories out is the trick. Exercise and track your food daily.

To drink 8 glasses of water, exercise, eat breakfast, track all food eaten and write in my journal daily.

I felt the answer in my heart
Although he spoke no word!
I didn't ask for wealth or fame
(I knew you wouldn't mind).
I asked him to send treasures
Of a far more lasting kind!

At the start of each new day;
To grant you health and blessings

Ideas:
Drink at least 8 glasses of water
Stay within your calorie range
Make sure to be active today
