Introduction Text My name is Rachel, and I am a college student. I've struggled with my weight all my life, but since losing my mom to breast cancer nearly 4 years ago, I have probably gained at least 50 pounds. At 22, I am the heaviest I have ever been. I have family history of cancer, heart disease, and diabetes, so although I am not having any health problems yet, I am starting to worry about it. I am finally ready to commit to losing weight and getting healthy. *GOALS AND REWARDS* 241 lb - 10% Lost! - Pedicure 218 lb - 50 lb Lost! - Buy Physique 57 DVDs 199 lb - Under 200! - Go see a concert or play 174 lb - No Longer Obese! - Buy Lingerie 168 lb - 100 lb Lost!! - Night Out in the City *This will also be the lowest weight I have ever been as an adult! 145 lb - Goal Weight - No Longer Overweight! - New Wardrobe

My biggest goal right now is just to get to a point where I'm not out of breath after walking up two flights of stairs. My major goal is to be at a "healthy" weight (107 lb -145 lb for my height) by my 25th birthday - 08/23/2011.

Diets have always failed me in the past, so this time around, I'm trying to focus more on fitness than diet. I'll try to eat sensibly, but without counting calories or depriving myself. My goal is to work out at least 3 times a week at the gym, and do yoga or Fluidity 2 or 3 days a week.
