Hi,
I'm a 65 year old woman looking for a way to stay motivated and to lose weight for the last time of my life and keep it off. I want to make lifestyle changes and learn that my body has to have exercise everyday. I need to want the weight loss more than the food. I want to win the race of maintenance after the weight loss that I have continued to fail at. I've lost 6 persons in my life already and I still don't learn to take care of myself. I lose the weight and then I don't think I have to continue working on it and then it creeps back on again and I get to start at square one again. How many times do I have to start again? I guess as many as it finally takes for the last time. I have a wonderful life and so many blessings with our 5 children and 9 grandchildren. If nothing else, I need to work on my health so I can be here to enjoy all of them. Wish me luck!

My Goals:
I want to lose 44# so I can walk my dogs more than two blocks like I do now.
My first goal was to lose 20# by Aug1st,2020
My 2nd goal is to lose another 25 by Oct 1,2020
My Program:
Moderate protein low carb diet, work out 6 days a week with exercise tape, and the Wii plus,rest on Sunday. Go to water exercise 3 a week.
Personal Information:
I'm married with five kids and I don't do well with taking care of myself.
I have 9 adorable grandchildren I want to run after.
I have a great life if only I could conquer this beast of overweight.
Other Information:
Cherish your health.
If it is good, preserve it.
If it is unstable, improve it.
If it is beyond what you can improve, get help.
