I'm setting 5# mini goals the scale IS my friend. I weigh every morning and don't freak-out over a little up/down I drink a lot of water. I need ADULT SUPERVISION the scale keeps me in check

Develop & maintain a healthy routine
#1) 25 pds by Sept 24th (not looking good but hey baby steps I'm just getting warmed up) {199}
#2) 24 more pounds by Jan 1, 2016 {175}
#3) 20 pds by May 5th to reach my goal weight {155}
My Program:
started counting carbs for 1 mth gained most back with ONE SLIP. Rethinking to counting calories w/eyes on fat & carbs - working great so far & something I can live with long term
Personal Information:
many hours doing charity work in the biker community; enjoy riding my motorcycle; happiest married woman on the planet
