Introduction Text So, according to my homepage, I have been absent of spark people for over 400 days. A lot has changed since then. I've had ups and downs in every area of life and in the end that's effected my weight. I went up a bit (not my starting weight but I weigh more then I was at my lowest weigh in) and am now working to get back on track. New Tacktets are now in place. I realized I have missed my support from here so I'm making an effort to come back on. New year, same goals but with a different perspective.

My goals haven't changed much. I want to become fit and healthy, and in turn drop dead sexy ;) I'm going to look slamming in my wedding dress and then be a fit and healthy pregnant wife and a fit mother. It all starts here.

Doing this on my own with support from all who will give it. Working out 5-6 days a week. I've fallen in love with Jillian michaels so I've been using her videos. They kick you butt! I enjoy her methods though. I just preregistered for my first 5k so I will now begin training for that as well. Its in August so I have plenty of time to get ready. Healthy eating and plenty of water drinking also will play into the mix.

I love to read, I'm a writer so it comes with the territory. I hope to become a full time writer and professional photographer. When I have time I enjoy knitting and quilting. I love being outdoors when it's not freezing but cold. I just got an awesome Canon Rebel T4i DSLR camera so I have been thinking of any excuse to take pictures. I'm very chill and love my amazing family more than anything.
