welcome to my page


back again, quit smoking, have gained more weight then I have ever weighed in my lifetime. Im also going thru menopause which I guess is making it even harder to lose weight

My Goals:
to get back to my old size and to try and make healthy choices as often as I can.

My Program:
 drinking 8 or more glasses of water a day, to eat healthy food as often as possible.

Other Information:
 I love my family, my granddaughter is the light in my eyes, have 10 ferrets, a dog and cat.

since joining we lost 3 ferrets and our best friend destiny (our 11 yr old poodle, she passed 12/16/08 :( ) we miss you guys :(

    Hi emoticon for the comment on my blog and sparkpage. I wanted to do the pix so that I would have a better before and after with the 30DS, but I hadn't realized what progress I had made since last spring until I put the pix side by side after uploading them. Really made me proud of myself to see how much better I looked. :) Are you feeling any better? I hope that you're having a good week and will have a great weekend. emoticon

    I haven't actually gotten to run with the new sneaks yet. I wore them around the house yesterday after I bought them to try and break them in a bit, but it's been COLD and I'm a wuss and won't drag my butt out of bed for any type of cold temp to go running. So I stuck to the dvd's this am, which I usually do barefoot. Prob should wear them as long as they are nice and clean!
