Hello! Congrats to you on running your first 5k!!! That is so awesome!

My moonlit walk on Friday night was perfect!!! I didn't watch a scary movie though; I watched "Gentlemen Prefer Blondes."

I don't think that I can do justice describing my friend's book. It is called, "Silence of Trees" (by Valya Lupescu). You should google it.

I slipped up a little last night. I drank a glass of wine and ate three pierogies at the book signing. Then, I came home and ate a biscuit. emoticon

I promise I'll do better... I don't want to disappoint our team!

just dropping a line, hope all is doing well, this time of year can be tricky when it comes to diet and exercise, I hope your finding new and motivational ways to keep your enthusiasm about your health, not letting the chill cool off your dedication to you reaching each and everyone of your goals.

Yes I am hoping one day that I will wake up and the running fairy will have sprinkled me with her "desire to run" dust and I will become a runner! Haha! I was thinking that I should look for other beginner runners in the area and it might push me to start running. All in time. emoticon Wow a potato festival! That sounds so interesting. We have pumpkin festivals here that come in all shapes and forms too, some are even 2,000 pounds! What part of the world do you live in? I'm from California. Good luck on staying strong and away from the fried potatoes! emoticon

I am exercising both days this weekend. Tomorrow I have boot camp and then Sunday I am going to a Zumba class! emoticon I usually workout both weekend days unless I have plans then I will just plan ahead a week day. I enjoys fitness way more then monitoring my food intake!!!

I don't have much planned this weekend except tomorrow I will be helping my friend make no sew fleece blankets at her church for children that are in hospitals. It will be very rewarding to my soul. emoticon

Thanks for the comment on my blog. I usually give into my urges especially for chocolate because if I don't I will then decide to buy a bag and possibly eat half the bag in one sitting. I just have to be careful and not over indulge when it comes to chocolate.

    Thanks again.

emoticon for the warm welcome into the overweight zone!!! I'm so thrilled to be out of the obese range.

I will be celebrating my weight loss and the weekend in a healthy way!

emoticon to you on your loss, today!

Ah, just embrace the loss and don't overanalyze it. It's all good! emoticon

A potato fest?!!! Try to stay out of the danger zone -- it sounds like a festival of temptation. emoticon

As for my weekend: Tonight is a healthy dinner, walk under the full moon, and watching a scary movie. Tomorrow holds measurements for Team Alice, a trip to the pumpkin patch, and a book release party for a good friend. Sunday will most likely be pumpkin carving and a walk at the arboretum.
