Thanks! I wish I could at least blame my aches and pains on inactivity, but I've been working out consistently (at least 5 days a week for at least 20 minutes, including regular fencing, walking, etc.) for 18 weeks.... and I've been working out in some form regularly now since 2005--some breaks in there due to injury or illness, but still pretty consistently. I've averaged at least 12000 fitness minutes a year for the past 3 years. So it's not just a matter of my body getting used to exercise.
I'll be alright.... Just needed to listen to my body and not over due it. 3069 days ago

Thanks! I sure hope that the new Fit bit helps motivate, too, because right now I could use that kickstart to the motivation.... this past two weeks have been hard to keep moving even a little bit because 1) I've been having so many problems breathing and 2) I've been so sore (I think I actually over did the fencing the last time I fenced and actually inflamed one of my tendons... it took almost a week but it's finally starting to feel better). I'm really hoping that it will get here before the bridge walk but I didn't want to pay an extra $27 for shipping so it will get here when it gets here. 3070 days ago
