Introduction Text Retired in 2003 and am striving for a healthy and long retirement to enjoy my family, friends, and life in general. Exploring ways to deepen and explore my catholic faith and increase my own understanding of what life is all about. Goal is to achieve and maintain a healthy weight and exercise program to enhance the rest of my life... Also want to grow spiritually in my catholic faith and continue to share the love of family and friends.

Starting with SparkPeople once again to achieve my weight and health goals. No good excuse for moving backwards, but intend to move forwards starting today... Must focus on getting more exercise daily.

Very lucky wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. We now have 17 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren to treasure, and another one on the way. Married only once to David for 46 years. We have been so blessed with many great joys, along with sorrows we have weathered together over the years...

My faith, family, and friends are the most important to me in life. Enjoy exploring my faith by myself and with other believers, along with hiking, rainbows, sunshine, friendship, and travel. .
