    IHi Markie and thanks so much for the heals! Are you Sparking regularly again? It’s always good to hear from you emoticon So I need a kick in the pants. Too much Summer party food and the inability to moderate or just say NO has taken over. Time to reel in the free for all behavior and treat myself a little better. Together we can accomplish what we cannot on our own. Just do it!!

    I think I am going to add back in bean and corn.☺️ But still refrain from bread and sugar because I just can't stop that stuff once I get started. I will also keep on leaving out the fake foods because that stuff is very bad for you and milk products

    Hey! I did only take a one day break and went strait back to the whole30. I am still doing awesome. I don't crave foods like I used to. I just eat and eat what is good for me. I am constantly looking up new recipes and today I finally weighed myself again and I have lost 13 pounds! I plan to continue to eat Whole30. If I get off track on a special occasions / holidays I will just get back to it the next day. Most people say whole30 is restrictive but it works for me=)
