    Thank you for the warm welcome Bizi! I think drinking herbal teas is a great idea. I've been trying to go to bed earlier, but earlier for me is about 1am! I don't get home from work until midnight. I would always drink after work and not go to bed until much later than that! This past week though, I have been reading and getting to bed early. I feel so great in the morning, but it's a complete mind battle, every night! I hope it gets easier. Thank you so much for the encouragement. I really appreciate it!

    welcome to the forums. HOping to get to know you better. perhaps you can switch to drinking herbal tea at night at the witching hour.
    go to bed earlier and read a book.
    SUbsstitue other activities during that time. There is a smart recovery link to the web site. They have a 24/7 chat room once you register you can chat any time of the day. I did that for a while. I post on different forums, between here and chat and face book and blogs I can entertain myself for hours. I also chew a lot of gum.
