My main goal is just to keep busy and have fun in life. Unfortunately, being overweight, my energy levels aren't what they could or should be... this site is a great support, and I hope to make the best of it!

2/22/2012: The past is gone, the future not yet arrived. Today is all that matters. And today... I am re-committing to Sparkpeople and getting healthy (and all the benefits that go with it, like weight lose & better body). I have a habit of starting, improving a little, then falling off the wagon & ending up back where I started.... or a little beyond. I'm going to make better use of being unemployed and having a gym membership starting today. One step at a time.

Fitness Minutes: 2,581

My Goals:
Get Healthy.

Specifically: start a fitness habit, change my diet, lose weight. Have more fun.


My Program:
I'm still working out the details.

The basics: walk daily, at least 15 minutes. Preferably early morning. Dance when I can. Jump rope occasionally.

Add more vegetarian meals and ease a bit of raw foodism into my life. Actually plan time to cook my own breakfasts and make lunch and stop relying on fast food to ease the time crunch. No more sleeping in until I have just enough time to throw clothes on and rush to work.



Personal Information:
I live in Spokane Valley, Washington, but still consider North Idaho my home. Sometimes I even tell people I live in Idaho--heck, I'm only 15 minutes away, and I once swore I'd never live in Washington State again. It's almost Idaho.
