    Wow almost 50lbs gone! I find if I give myself one day a week where I can have extra calories, it makes it easier to stay good the rest of the week. The trick is you can't just say woo hoo it's friday anything goes, but rather say I allow myself 1500 calories a day all week long, so I will allow myself 1800 calories on Fridays. That way you have a treat to look forward too, and you don't have to beat yourself up because you did it with self control. Keep up the good work! emoticon

    woo hoo biggest loser! I LOVE your goal on my blog - spending more quality time with the kids and especially in an active way is a GREAT way to show them how to do things right rather than telling them - you go girlfriend! And make sure you check back in next Friday (provided I remember to look at the sticky note reminding me to blog again about the challenge. LOL)
