    To make things less effort for you, I suggest doing a quick read/listen to the Tiny Habits book, then focus on the Exercises we will do for the book club (I am trying to distill them down to what will give you the best information for weight loss (or your aspiration related to that).

    That should get you the bulk of the knowledge with the least time spent and then I expect to hear more talking about things during the Renegade chat thread that might help reinforce issues (or bring up issues to get support).

    I listen to the audiobook - I get the gist of the info even though reading is my stronger path for learning. That might be easier (e.g. listen to and from work, etc.) than reading.

    No matter what, don't worry, you will pick up some things and over time can refine them.
