My Goals:
I want to look and feel good and live a healthy life.

My Program:
 I am not drinking any soda pop. I am trying to eat my food slower and watch my portions. I try to exercise at least 3 or 4 days a week.


Personal Information:
I grew up in Missouri but have called Kansas home since I was 18 years old. I live in the country and enjoy my garden. I have three wonderful children, whom I am very proud of. I have been a vegetarian for 20 years.

Other Information:
 I love to hike when I can. I recently got back from hiking the Grand Canyon with my sister and my 82 years old father.

    Thanks for the comment on my blog. I hate being stuck in that "blah" feeling. Went out yesterday and bought myself some new, fresh, light bedding. So after I take DD to school, and I have that precious 2 hour timeslot of "me" time, I'm de-cluttering my bedroom, putting on the new sheets and having a nice, relaxing space. Then tomorrow, after I go back to that blackhole I call work, I can come home to my sanctuary.
