Hi - Thanks for visiting my Sparks Page. This is the start of a new life for me and with the help and encouragement I have received so far I am positive that this time I will succeed in loosing all this extra weight.

I have been filling a bag with sand eqivalent to my weight loss each week, it sits in my kitchen next to the fridge, I find it encourages me when I pick it up to know that I used to carry this around on my body so perhaps snacking is not a good idea, I am going to make Garden Gnomes with it(with the addition of a bit of cement) I will sit them in the garden where they will be a constant reminder of how well I have done, I would love to think that anybody who reads this will do the same - just imagine how it would be to see "Fat Loss Gnomes" all over the World.

Fitness Minutes: 12,200

My Goals:
A thinner, healthier body, feet that don't swell from carrying excess weight, to fly and not worry that the seatbelt won't fit, to look and feel better to amaze myself when I reach my goal

My Program:
Calories per day 1200 - 1500 and 30 mins exercise per day, just walking at the moment but seriously thinking of getting a bike - I have an exercise bike now and am trying to use it every day, I am doing 30 mins 5 times per week on the bike now.

Hi I am Sarah, rapidly approaching retirement and looking forward to it.

Other Information:
November and December are better forgotten, just stumbled a bit off the path but have found it again, don't think I will reach the 100lb loss club by my Birthday in March but never mind it will come.
