First of all...Go visit my blog about my Running and becoming a mom!

Hello! I am married to the most wonderful man, Cody, who is amazing and very supportive! He loves me exactly the way I am which makes it so much easier to start losing weight and becoming healthy! We had our precious baby girl in June of 2011!

I have already ran 4 half marathons and about to run number 5 and 6 this year!

Fitness Minutes: 13,090

My Goals:
Goal #1 - July 19th, 2010 = Increase Cardio to survive chasing highschoolers around Super Summer Youth Camp! ---COMPLETE!

Then I became pregnant and my weightloss got pushed to the side, and being healthy for my baby took it's place! :)

Goal #2 - Start Couch to 5K again after I have my baby girl in June 2011! :)..... Started C25K, got to week 5 and life happened...now it's January 1, 2012 and I'm skipping to Half Marathon training starting tomorrow! If things go as planned, I will run my first half on March 10, 2012!! :)





My Program:
I started working out at the gym and attempt to go at the least, 3 times a week. I used the elliptical for my cardio and try to do at least 2 miles on it. I am counting my calories. I have given up carbonated beverages and try to drink only water and the occasional sweet tea. (I am Southern you know!) I have incorporated more fruits and veggies in my diet. I try to stay away from fast food.

My newest program is the Couch to 5K! I started on July 14th, 2010. I finished the program in September 2010! :) I then found out I was pregnant and had to stop running. I never got to run my first 5K, therefore I still have that goal to look forward to! :)

I am now starting half marathon traiing in 2012! :)



Personal Information:
I have been married to the most wonderful man, Cody, since 2006! He's amazing and very supportive. He loves me exactly the way I am! But he knows I need to do this for myself and to be a good example for our baby girl! :)

    Thanks so much for reading and commenting on my blog. Congratulations on losing 11 pounds! You are doing great! Don't look at the big number of 111 all togeather to lose. I look at it 2-5 pounds at a time (average weekly weight loss for me) I still have a ways to go myself and believe me it helps to look at it that way. emoticon emoticon
