Introduction Text Hi, I'm here to gain support from others who are trying to get in shape. I've been active all my life so I now know there is truth to the saying 'metabolism slows down with age'. I never thought it would happen to me though. I have clothes in my closet in 5 different sizes. I want to clear out that closet! I want my abs back! Focus, Focus Focus, Focus...I can, I can, I can, I can.. ~Sandra

My goals are to live a healthier lifestyle, lose weight and inspire others to do the same.

Track calories & fitness. Drink 8 cups wtr min. Low Sodium intake. No canned & processed foods. Sleep 7 hrs minimum. Cardio: 3x//wk Strength: 3x/wk.

I became interested in learning about what is in our foods ...pesticides, additives, artificial sweetners, hormones, preservatives, etc.. how it affects the body and what health issues may arise from them. I slowly became aware that 'low-fat' and 'natural' did not mean it was healthy. Slowly I started buying Organic. First with foods I ate the most: fruits, veggies, Dairy, coffee, sugar. eggs. rice and meat. I consume about 70% organic. I hope to inspire others to learn more about organic food.
