    Best wishes with your foot! Here are some things we are doing for my son's leg injury:

    1) Lots of minerals and supporting vitamins, including: calcium, magnesium, zinc, along with B vitamins, and vitamin D3 and K2. Do some research about how D3 and K2 help calcium get to the right place -- your bones -- and not the wrong place -- calcified in your arteries.

    2) I think this is a big one -- this supplement includes cow bone.
