    Today I done day 4 and day 5 of the challange and it was very good. I also did cardio 85 minutes boy do i feel good. I'm determind to drop 5 lbs. the end of this week.

    yes the wii is awesome. I think this is the only technology improvement that i like so far lol.
    the board is so awesome, if you workout too much and dont do at least 10 minutes of yoga, your muscle seems so tight and tense (well its what I noticed anyway) and with the board, it is so much easier to correct your postures. great for before and after workout.

    Hey Angie,
    The SITE is for anyone and everyone! It was just that particular spark team, and you GO on all that weight lost! You are AWESOME! I think the sparkling water WILL taste awful, but put in your favorite juice - did your DH try that? Again, the idea is working your way down. ;-)

    I was wrong about the team - you have far less to lose than those of us on that team, but you'd still be welcome! It's a lovely group. It's 40-something with over 100 lbs. to lose. There are other wonderful teams as well.
