Never stop fighting to do better for Yourself!!!
I will never give it up. I got to get myself in shape. I have gotten to the highest I have ever gotten. This needs to be my wake up call. I got to get serious before the dangerous side effects of the weight catch up with me. Right now everything is mild or none existant. But I don't want to wait till it is bad and I end up in the hospital or worse.
I have 3 grandbabies now and I want to be able to see them graduate high school and college if they go. I want to be able to see ...

So i am back here watching my calories and exercising.

Though I am not stopping there. Just my goal right now :)
My Program:
I am doing the sparks program of watching my calories and other things that go with the food.
I do my cycling 4-5 days a week for a minimum of 30 minutes, but up to 50 minutes. I also add strength training every other day. Right now it is low weights but working up as my body gets stronger.
Drinking pretty much only water, cause i know the pop and tea have sugar and that keeps the weight on for me.
Personal Information:
I am a mother of 3. My kids are all grown now. Wife of 28 years to my supportive loving husband. Love swimming and camping though I don't do it much anymore.
I think this is they hardest I have ever worked to lose weight.
Other Information:
I am a big Laurell K. Hamilton, Anita Blake, NUT. I love how she writes. Excited for her next book to come out in June.
