Introduction Text My name is Jenn and I am 28 years old. I live in beautiful South Carolina where I am a mom, a wife, and a nursing student. I will be graduating (hopefully!) in 2010, and I want to be healthy and confident when I start that new chapter in my life. How can I teach my patients to be healthy if I am not healthy myself? It feels like I have struggled with food for my entire life. I was diagnosed with Crohn's Disease when I was 13, so food became a major focus in my life. When I was stressed out or upset I would turn to food for comfort even though I knew it wasn't solving anything. I don't want my daughter to pick up my bad habits. I want to be strong, healthy, and fit...and of course to be a hot nurse! ;) *~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~* GOALS 1. First milestone: Lose 2 dress sizes by May 1. 2. March nutrition goal: work the 6 week body makeover. 3. March fitness goal: Walk at least 3 days per week and weight train at least 2 days per week.

I want to get healthy and be a good role model for my daughter. I want to do another half marathon, but this time run! I want to feel strong and comfortable in my own skin.

Walking 3-4 days per week. The FIRM, 2-4 days per week. Yoga as often as I can fit it in. Michael Thurmond's 6 Week Body Makeover
