Working to be healthy for life


I'm in relatively good shape, but I know I could improve a little. I don't really need to lose weight, but I'd like to have less fat and more muscle. My main goal is to be fit and make good decisions that will help me feel great both now and long into the future.

My Goals:
Eat a balanced diet high in nutrients. Keep my body healthy, stress low, and energy high be enjoying moderate to intense physical activity at least three times each week.

My Program:
 I have a membership at a local gym and also like to swim. I ran a sprint triathlon last year, and it was tons of fun. I hope to do it again this year, but I've been having some trouble with me knee. :(

I'm trying to learn to make healthy substitutions in recipes so it's easy to cook something quick & familiar that's also healthy.


Personal Information:
I live in Rochester, MN.

Other Information:
 My relationship with God is very important to me. I'm grateful for His help in this and all other parts of my life!

    Well hello..I just wanted to take a minute and welcome you to Victorious Secret: Sparkin' in Faith....very glad you have joined our family! Stop on by when you have a chance and introduce yourself...we would love to get to know you. A sprint triathlon sounds exciting, but I don't have a clue what that is! I run distance, so anything with the word sprint is foreign to me!
