Hey there! Thanks for your comments on my page and blog.

I honestly don't know about the 195 group. With 3 of us less than 10 pounds away from 200 and you making steady progress, we may just need to propose a name chage to the Willabees.

195 itself is tricky in that I'm probably one of the few people on the site where it's not just the goal, it's the actual endgame. Most on this site are shorter than I and shooting pan ultimately for a far lower weight. Most would have at least 20-30 more pounds to lose. I may have 10 tops.

I honestly have to admit, I don't really know where to go when I hit 195. I've been on this site for 4 years now and only seem to motivate people by making progress. It's not that I don't want to be on the site, it's just that I don't know how benficial I would be to it or vice-versa. Just thinking out loud.

Thanks for the nice comment on my blog about my camping trip. It is so nice to know that there are others that "get it". Good luck on your trip.

"but even though the exact percentage may not be right, I think the difference in percentage would still be accurate, don't you?"
    * At this point yes. From what I've read, Scales only get the readings from the bottom half (which is fine, i can tailor my workouts to that). My friend who I referenced in the blog mentioned that when one is in really top shape, her's can get really flaky (she has the same brand as mine). She's in wayyyyyyy better shape than I though.

What's tricky and frustrating is that my scale rounds to the next integer. Doesn't do the .x percent. I didn't question the scales general integrity until I hit the 20% mark (it totally stopped moving then). For now I'll see if I can get 21% out of it.

"Hey did you get the beach info you were looking for?"
    * I did! Expected a lot of Florida and California suggestions. Got a lot of Mexico and Hawaii. At least one other person said Mertyle Beach (kind of surprised, that one struck me as a more mature beach). I will definitely look into it and all others recommended. I appreciate your suggestion.

"How do you incorporate the candida/sugar buster type foods each day? Just thinking about you and imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, "
    * Really appreciate the compliment

    - Coconut oil anywhere butter would be reasonable (rice, toast, cereal that's absorbed boiling water, not-so much oats or pasta)
    - I just eat the pumpkin seeds raw.
    - Drink/eat the yogurt/kefir straight (usually)
    - Put cinnamon on most grains (except pasta) and sometimes mix it in with yogurt/tea. It goes crazy good with coconut oil!
    - Get small lemons and limes and squeeze the juices into water or tea.
    - Put garlic and/or oregano on every meat (and in pasta sauces)
    - Chop up and saute onions with beef (sometimes chicken)
    - Ginger doesn't come naturally (I put it in tea sometimes)
    - I've replaced almost all dairy with yogurt (2 cups a day)
    - Cayenne works on most meats and eggs (another one I don't use much)

I am extremely unimaginative when cooking. For me it's more about either taking the food straight or using another food as a vehicle to put it in/on.

I may blog about this more.

Amen! I'm going heavy on the cardio (and lighter weights) this month until I don't feel great benefits from it. At that point, I will find another exercise that I haven't put too much oomph into and up the ante on that.

My muscles aren't going to confuse themselves :)

Thanks for commenting on my blog. I appreciate your friendship.
