I really don't jog much -- just a few feet and then I walk again. I try to keep a really brisk pace with the walking and add some hills. It's easier on my knees, doesn't make me feel self conscious, and it gets my heart pumping really well!
Another secret is I don't jog on the blocks where there are lots of people around! I know, it's weird, but it's where I am right now... 3949 days ago
