My Goals:
My current goal is to lose 12 lbs by the end of September.
Another current goal, I've decided I want to walk in a 5K.

My Program:
 I'm diabetic with Type 2 so I have to follow a low carb diet. I'm using the Food Tracker only as a repository / helper but not as a guideline.


Personal Information:
I live & work in North Central Arkansas. I want to get healthier for me.
