I'm freaking DONE!!!


This is more of a re-introduction! So I'm Heather and I'm 32, wife, mother to an adorable 1 year old son and I'm a foodaholic! I love food, what can i say! I was doing so good, but somewhere I lost my motivation. If anyone finds it, can you send it back to me? I was really into loosing 30 pounds before my birthday, which I did and running a 5K, which I did. Now what? Well I'm still running and I need to find another 5K to keep my spirits up. My Goals:
8 glasses of water a day (at least)

Stay within my points.

No eating after 8PM!

30 mins. of exercise 6 days a week.

My Program:
 Weight watchers

Running 3x a week

Other exercises the other 3 days a week

    Okay, this site keeps getting better and better!

    They just launched today a SparkPeople Fitness Starter Kit $24.95 at there store. This kit includes: Stability Ball with pump, Medium Resistance Band, Pedometer, and SP Workout DVD with 2 full-body workouts! I think this is a great price!!! I just received mine in the mail on Friday and it's fantastic!
