I lost a lot of weight with spark people a couple of years ago, and gained most of it back. Now I've moved from Australia to England and I'm trying again.

Fitness Minutes: 5,822

My Goals:
I want to be more fit and healthy, and I need more energy to keep up with my kids. I want to get my weight under a BMI of 25 and keep it there.

Small goal: 159 pounds by September 1 -- achieved!
Lost 50 pounds 8 Sept. 2010
Small goal: 152 pounds by Oct 1 -- achieved 24 Sept 2010

Next small goal: 145 pounds by November 1

My Program:
 My program is under constant evolution.

Right now my podiatrist nixed running, so I'm searching for an alternative. Perhaps I can start biking. It's easy on the feet, at least. I'm swimming and doing pilates at least once a week each, and doing weight training twice a week. I'm also trying to walk as much as possible. That's enough!


Personal Information:
I'm from Maine, but I live in Australia at the moment. We're here for a few years. Our home base in the US is in Maryland.

Other Information:
 I love reading books and wasting time on the internet! I like hiking and being outside as much as I can.
