Introduction Text **Who is Señorita Rachael?** I’m a 20-something Jersey girl, but I don’t think I have an accent. I work to live and I live to travel. I'm working on living a healthier lifestyle. My newest passion is trying new recipes and putting my own spin on them. Ultimately, I’m searching for what makes me truly happy. **What's the deal with weight loss?** I have a typical story, I've been overweight my whole life. I want to lose weight for a number of reasons: to look hot, feel healthy, build my endurance, run a race, and feel confident. I'm doing this for ME. I've been a member of SparkPeople for a few years but I never took full advantage of everything it had to offer. Now, I'm doing it all, tracking my nutrition, exercise and getting involved in the community.

*Keep my diet and exercise consistent *Run a mile without stopping (DONE- restarted C25k and did 20 minute run w/o stopping on 4/2/10!!!!) *Lower my BMI to the healthy range

*weight training 2-3 times a week *I'm running to build my endurance. My longest distance running without stopping is 31 minutes! *cross training: elliptical, bike, stair stepper
