Take The Long Way Home...


...like a fine wine..getting better with age.......

its May 28th.. and I am 1 pound away from my July 1st goal....June 5th..made my goal.. 165 ..WHOPPEEEE NOW, all i need is to maintain..

Thanks to my friends, here, on Sparks, I feel good about myself. I am not dieting, I have adjusted my LIFESTYLE .

 eat,
drink,
and be merry..

yeah right..
_eat 1200 calories daily, _drink 10 glasses of water daily.
_ merrily exercise daily..

living in fort lauderdale, florida now.
used to live in tenesseee, california, canada, europe..
mother of 4 grown children, 1st grandbaby came april 18th 2007..
semi-retired, well, tired of working really..58 yrs young ..my name is eve.
