WIth God...all things are possible
Despite all the challenges that we all go through I am thankful that God has blessed me with a wonderful family, a forgiving heart, a great attitude, the motivation to be the best that I can be and some good common sense. The longer live the more I realize the impact of attitude on life. Attitude, to me, is more importatnt than facts. It is more important than the past, than education, than money, than circumstances, than failures, than successes, than what other people think or say or do. ...
Despite all the challenges that we all go through I am thankful that God has blessed me with a wonderful family, a forgiving heart, a great attitude, the motivation to be the best that I can be and some good common sense. The longer live the more I realize the impact of attitude on life. Attitude, to me, is more importatnt than facts. It is more important than the past, than education, than money, than circumstances, than failures, than successes, than what other people think or say or do. It is more important than appearance, giftedness or skill. It will make or break a company...a church...a home. The remarkable thing is that we have a choice every day regarding the attitude we embrace that day. We cannot change our past...we cannot change the fact that people will act in a certain way. We cannot change the inevitable. The only thing we can do is play on the one string we have, and that is our attitude...I am convinced that life is 10 % of what happenens to me and 90% how I react to it. And so it is with you...we are in charge of our attiudes.
Go for it, make it a good day. Work out first thing in the morning and you will find you will have a lot of energy and able to accomplish anything you are set out to do that day.

My Goals:
My goal is to make healthy choices everyday and not let negetive coments effect me. I want to eat as much fresh organic fruits and vegetables as possilbe. Continue cardio and strength training 6 x's a week, and to drink at least 10 glasses of water. I'd like to gain at least 10 to 15 lbs Eating Clean. I want to gain muscle and beat osteoporosis. I am most thankful that my husband loves nothing better than a healthy salad or meal.
My Program:
I love riding my bicycle up to the Y and getting on the eltical trainer as well as many excercises. I also like Sparks program as well and I will continue to get inspired and motivated by all of you. :) I would appreciate anybody's help with a workout plan or any suggestions.
Personal Information:
I am married and I have two teenagers. I have a degree in fashion merchandising. However, I have been blessed to be able to stay at home and do craft shows. I started my own buisness several years ago by doing craft shows, painting on old cream cans, saws and buckets and I look forward to getting back into it. My husband is my constant source of encouragement as well as our faith in God. i am thankful that my husband wants nothing better than a big healthy salad or meal at night and we both are health conscious.
Other Information:
I love scrapbooking, making cards, cooking, gardening and working out. My husband has ran 10 marathons despite having two heart stents.
