Introduction Text So I've been on this site for years now, and I've never been below 135 pounds. I've accepted that I'm never going to be stick thin, and neither do I want to be anymore. I love my body, but I want to be fitter. I want to be toned. I want to lost ten pounds, not thirty. I want to be 130 pounds. 2015 2013 9th April - 137. It seems like I'll never get there. I mean I've been trying since 2009. 2012 5th September - 135! (five pounds off my target weight) 2011 7 jan - 146 20th feb - 141 (finally back on track!) 30th March - 151 ............. ten pounds in a month?!? fml 26th April - 149 14th May - 152 31st May - 148 (wooo :) ) 7th June - 149 (not the best week ever..) 2010 7th of June - 144.8 14th of June - 146.4 21st of June - 148.8 28th of June - 147.4 5th of July - 146 12th of July - 146 19th July - 154 (...) 26th of July - 148 2nd of August - 147 9th of August - 155 16th of August - 153 23rd of August - 158 30th of August - 154 6th of September - 156 (three days of stuffing your face and hormonal bloating will do that to you..) 13th of September - 155 19th of September - 153 27th of Spetember - 152 (lost six pounds in a month, woo!) 3rd of October - 150 (OH YEAH!!!) 10th of October - 147!!!!!! 30th Dec - 147 (new start)

Lose weight and feel great! - DONE! New goal now I've lost weight is to get fit for the first time in my life (and tone up while doing so)

Eat more fresh, non-processed foods Gym time and sports
