so I did a 5k on Saturday (my first) I'm posting a couple of photos it's my first time doing so because I'm embarrassed. Anyway one is from the 5K the other is the beginning photo I'm using to track my weight. I'm wearing my 5k shirt because it's special to me and very tight so when it becomes looser I will know I have lost weight.
so i accidentally posted a photo but nothing with it. This photo was taken about 9 months ago in the beautiful northwest. I'm in front the one who is , well overweight. These are my co-workers and our company has started a health and wellness program. This was our first hike snd my last. This photo reminded me I need to stay in the game. I saw this and had to post it.
