Introduction Text Well here I am back again.... Its been a while since I have been on spark. I am ready, willing and able to get back at this lifestyle. I fell off the wagon for a while and gained ten pounds back that I had worked so hard to take off, and was so disappointed in myself. I have had a very emotional and heart wrenching year and am very proud of coming through it with only ten pounds to show. But now I am ready to start living again and need all the support I can get. I know I will get it here. I love sparkpeople.

I want to eat healthy and live healthy. This means nutritious planned meals for the most part and lots of water and exercise!!!
