Introduction Text Welcome to my spark page!! Trying to get back where I need to be for the last time (hopefully). Exercise is easy for me and I love fruits and veggies, but my love for potato chips interferes with my progress. I am working on putting an end to stress eating and periodic binging. Sparkpeople makes a difference. Keep on sparking!

I want to set a good example for my family and live a long productive life. Stay away from the chip aisle!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am trying to eat clean, lift heavy, and enjoy life. Must track food daily and honestly!!!! (This is where I struggle the most)
