To get physically, mentally, and spiritually stronger by living a healthier life. Focusing on loosing weight and getting better muscle tone.

My Program:
 Tracking calories, meeting weekly with weightloss group, and working out at the gym 5-6 days a week (one of those days with a trainer).

    Give me another call and we can sit with our computers because I am bad at discribing without props.
    I give goodies because we get 1000 points to pass out to anyone and we get few members who actually participate and make a page.
    So the active members get them from the team like pamangel had the most spark and physical points for the month last month.
    So I gave her a special spark goodie.
