OK Its not like the body bugg- after looking at the body bugg and the acti-trainer they both have you add in your food into the program, but the Body bug does give you a calorie range with the movement you do. It also does during the workout and regular movement. It can also help your sleeping. It gives you the movements you have during your sleep.
I also like the fact that Polar has teamed up with them for the heart rate monitor. You just put on the strap before you exercise and it syncs to the Acti-Trainer. The Body Bugg has to be on your arm to measure your temperature BUT you have to have the monitoring program online. Once I get better at this I can just take the reading off the Acti-trainer. I can also wear it on my leg or ankle (like when you use the elliptical or bike)
