SIZE SIX HERE I COME!!!!

I WILL BE ABLE TO SHOP IN NORMAL STORES ...I WILL LOOK AWESOME IN MY COWBOY BOOTS, JEANS, AND A TANK TOP...I will look AWESOME in ANYTHING!!! I will be able to wear the cute little bras with matching panties!!!
I will be strong, I will be healthy, I will be athletic, I will run, I will walk, I will lift, I will stretch, I will become more flexible!!!

i've been heavy for as long as i can remember...and i refuse to be that person anymore!!! I go through swings (like everyone), where its really hard to stay motivated...i tend to give up on myself and stop caring, i eat what i want and as a result gain back the weight i have lost...im not very intrinsically motivated, i know what i need to do but sometimes i just don't give a SHIP...i have a horrible sugar addiction and every time i try to quit it makes me sick...sadly its like a drug....i have health issues that stand in my way....and yet here i am AGAIN...getting back on the horse, and ready to ride this thing i have fought my whole life...BEING FAT

right now I am focusing on nutrition, and will add in exercise when my body lets me. I was exercising every day but my body has decided that its not OK with that. I struggle with a number of health issues and they are currently interfering with my ability to exercise.

I have cut out all sugar. I do about a tsp of honey in my coffee in the morning. and that's it. no soda, no candy, no ice cream ect. And i eat clean, Tosca Reno style. I do all the cooking in the house and so everyone eats what i make.....makes it easy to eat healthy!!!

My Second Goal Is 12 Lbs.

My Third goal will be another 12 lbs. This second 12 lbs represents a 10% weight loss for me!!! (236 lbs) ~ Met while pregnant (hehehe)

My Program:
I am eating clean and exercising to get to my goal weight....i have looked at many weight loss options over the years and find that eating clean is the one that suites me the best. I feel good doing it and that's important...



Personal Information:
I'm a cali girl with a southern soul...i was born and raised in so cal but dream of heading back east to TN where the leaves change color in the fall. I am a single mom to an 8 year old little girl who was recently diagnosed with Type one diabetes.


Other Information:
I love to read, and I am super into Photography... hopefully as I get more fit I will be able to get some great nature shots in places I never imagined I'd go!

    I hope that the wildfire doesn't come too close to your home. I can't imagine having to prepare myself for that. Here in Florida we've had to leave for hurricanes, but never fire.
