I joined this site on 03/18/07. I started doing WW Online in the middle of February and have lost about 14 lbs. While I really like the WW Program and the WW site, I wanted the ability to also track nutritional information in a more detailed way. I figure that in the event I plateau or post a gain during the week I can see where I need to adjust my menu choices. Did I have more sodium? Am I getting enough calcium? Also, I believe the fitness tool here makes me more accountable. I am sure this is going to be a valuable tool on my weight loss; eventually maintenance journey.

My Goals:
I want to be healthy and happy.

I would like to get to my goal weight early in 2008 and maintain it for life.

I am committed to making exercise a permanent part of my routine.



My Program:
Currently tracking WW Flex Points and SP.

Getting started on a fitness regiment. I use free weights, elliptical, Bean, recumbent bike, and track steps during the day.



Personal Information:
I was born and raised in California and moved to Kansas in 1989. I miss the ocean, but now Kansas is home. I enjoy the changing seasons and the wildlife in my yard.
I have two children. My son lives nearby. My daughter is currently a student at Pitt State here in Kansas.


Other Information:
Favorite Book~ To Kill a Mockingbird

Favorite Movies include but not limited to~Casablanca, The Fugitive, Three Days of the Condor, Sleepless in Seattle, Field of Dreams, Lillies of the Field, Out of Africa, Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil.

Favorite Music includes Beatles, Gordon Lightfoot, Eric Clapton, Fleetwood Mac, James Taylor, Jackson Browne, Elton John, Johnny Mathis, Carole King, Eagles, and on and on and on.
