Introduction Text Hi, I'm Shelly from the state of Missouri and love it here. I love the Lord with all my Heart! He is first in my life and then all other falls into place. I've been over weight all of my life. I know there's a thinner me in there somewhere. I love being active and enjoy the beautiful outdoors God has blessed us with. Its just this extra weight makes it challenging at times to do the things I enjoy. I love to hunt, fish, going on nature hikes, all kinds of sports & riding my bike. I just love being in the outdoors. I've tried to loose weight so many times & it has been discouraging. I've tried pills, and several different other types of weight loss programs. I can't name them all, because the list just goes on. This Yo-Yo thing is getting old. On some programs I did loose weight only to gain it back plus some. I've heard a lot of positive feedback about this site so Thought I would give this a try. I'm just ready for a thinner me. ...I've never been skinny and would love to experience it. God is most important in my life and I am nothing without Him. Philippians 4:13 I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me. I truly believe, Mark 10:27 with God all things are possible.



I am working on exercising and eating healthy meals. I'm learning how to have a good balance between the two and life. I'm so excited for joining Spark people for as I have learned so much since and I'm applying it to my life.

I'm from the beautiful state of Missouri. .I trust fully in the Lord and He is first in my life always and forever! then everything else falls in line. I love to hunt, fish, going on nature hikes, all kinds of sports or riding my bike. I just love being in the outdoors! I love being positive. Negativity is a no-no in my book. I feel negative people are energy drainers and I wish to not be part of negativity. I’ve always felt when you meet someone, smile at them and say hello. You never know if that may be their first or even last kindness they’ll ever have for the day and it just may lift their spirits.. I've always believed that you treat others as you'd wish to be treated. We only have one life to live. So I do all I can to Live life to its fullest. Don’t ever be afraid to try new things. It makes life more fun and enjoyable.. I love life!
