Shelly, In early April you told me not to beat myself up and that changing up my exercise might make a difference. Well, I stepped up my walking and you were so right. I've dropped 9 pounds since then!!! My appetite has also greatly diminished and I am no longer hungry. I've been posting on the weekly weigh in thread every week where I can see my progress clearly.
