I think i can....I think i can.....I KNOW i can!!
There is no more questioning WHY? Why can't i lose this weight. Why am i just another pretty face. There is only one Why i ask myself now WHY did i not do this sooner? It really is so simple if you just set some dedication aside for yourself. The feeling of accomplishment i now have whenever i finish a workout or stay within my calorie range for the day. It really is so simple if you just set some dedication aside for yourself. The feeling of accomplishment i now have whenever i finish a workout or stay within my calorie range for the day. Nothing can take that away from me and most importantly I did this. Even though i have those day's where i feel defeated. We are NOT robots we are human, You WILL have slip ups the important thing is you get back up! I realize this and that is what helps me to continue on this Journey! There is no feeling in the world that can possibly be any more rewarding than knowing you are taking control of your life.
This is not about proving something to others or satisfying anyone else's wants or needs. This is about loving myself. Cherishing my life, polishing my temple and treating it well and learning to love it. This is about ME. As a woman and most importantly as a mother. I owe it to my child to be the healthiest mom i can be. If i don't try then i can't say that i give him everything he needs because in the end the thing he needs most is ME alive, healthy, and HAPPY! Able to enjoy the fruits of my labor with my son is so far above and beyond the comfort that any food in the world could give me.
It is time for me to start realizing that I HAVE done this! Through hard work, sweat,tears, and dedication! I have DONE this! I am no longer going to doubt when someone else say's that i look good I am going to thank them and mean it!
I look in the mirror every day and i tell myself that one thing ATLEAST one thing looks better since i have started. And if that one thing happens to be the same thing as half an hour ago, yesterday, or even a week ago it's still ONE thing!
This is not only about re-shaping our bodies it is also about re-shaping our minds! In order to live a healthy life you need to have a healthy heart and a healthy mind! I am not saying that i am there yet. But i will be i promise myself that I WILL BE!
It is the year for change. One day at a time. We CAN and we WILL change. Who said that people can't change anyway!? Not a Sparker that's for sure!!

Took a year off due to depression and life changes. I would rather work out with Jillian and Bob for 6 hours a day than to go back to eating whatever i want and feeling the way i was feeling. It was deep and it was dark. It was lonely and i did not like myself.
But i am back. And i am strong. I love myself and i love my life. I know i can do it again i have done it before.

First 10 lbs-Bought myself Turbo Jam!!
20 lbs= Goin Tannin in the Salon (first time, got reallly bad sun poisening)
35lbs= Getting Nails Done!!! (been a LONG time) Never did do.
50lbs= New Wardrobe and Nike Shox Never got the Nike Shox but i did buy new clothes
75lbs= IPOD baby!!
100lbs= Vacation to the beach somewhere beautiful.
My Program:
I stay within my calorie range that Spark has calculated for me.
I NEVER deny myself anything. I will not punish myself with exercise. If i slip up i will get back on track.
My exercise routine on a good week is 50 min a day 5 day's a week with 3 day's of 20 min strength training.
Programs are: Turbo Jam, Leslie Sansone WATP, WII Fit, Spark video's, Hip Hop Abs Weight Train @ the Gym.
Tools: Wii Fit, 5 lb weights, Stability ball, Comfy Yoga mat, waist resistance bands.
