09' It's a New Year and time to get movin!
I love my bike and challenge myself to ride at least 2 times a week. Which equals 104 times for 2009, hmmm
makes sense, right.

Keep to bike riding goal.
Lose 5 pounds by 1/30/09
My Program:
Meet short term goals, one at a time.
Organize 15 minutes everyday
Set a goal and work out schedule each week.
Personal Information:
49 years old, I have three grown children and three grandchildren
I love to garden, be creative, read mysteries, ride quads, camp, travel and ride my recumbent bike.
I'm raising my granddaughter and love every minute of it
Other Information:
I'd like to get in good enough shape to go on a long bike ride for the weekend for my 50th birthday in September 09.
I have incredible friends here on spark.

My baby girl is fine...went back to school Monday,took three tests(after being our for a full week) and made 2 A's and a B!!
Baby boy brushed his teeth last night and out popped a tooth..his first one...he's SO excited!!!
How are YOU doing??
Answer that when you can..I know you have alot going on...
