My Goals:
I want to be fit and feel good. I want to feel healthy and energetic as well as feel as though I look AMAZING in a bikini!

My Program:
 I am starting slowly. I am recording my food intake and taking responsibility for what I eat. I am working on being less sedentary as my health and energy levels permit.


Personal Information:
I am single. I live with my mother and my two grown (or nearly so) kids. This is MY time :)

Other Information:
 It's all or nothing
And nothing's all I ever get
Ev'ry time I turn it on,
I burn it up and burn it out

It's always something
There's always something going wrong
That's the only guarantee,
that's what this is all about

    Don't remember if I told you, but I plan on doing a little grocery shopping during the trip instead of eating out. There's a mini fridge and microwave in the room, so it makes sense for me. So if that works for you, we'll pick up some stuff while we're there, otherwise we'll have to look for some restaurants in the area and bring the food back to the hotel to eat together. :-D

    The neurologist spent 10 minutes telling me it won't do any good and she doesn't believe in it. I'm going to see a vascular specialist about the chilblains and I'll ask if they have ideas for the migraines. If not, then I'm going to push for the treatment. After all, it is the STANDARD PROTOCOL for status migranosis.
